Ladies! Book your bachelorette, birthday
party or girls night! Cost is $150 for a
private party of 10 and under (ladies only, of course!); $15 each
for each person over 10 participants.
Following are the classes and events being offered that utilize the pole and the chair for fitness (and fun!):

This
new class is for anyone wanting to tone and sculpt your body in the most
unique ways, leaving you wanting more! This class will work as a progression in
five weeks and by the end you will learn a fun, flirty routine that will leave
you feeling strong and confident. It combines a "fusion" of styles of dance and
fitness incorporating the pole and chair as resistance. There are no
drop-ins for this class due to the routine that is going to be learned during
the five-week session.
We have three poles in our studio. To ensure that every person in a Pole Fit
class has the proper instruction that they need, the class size is limited to
nine
participants. All classes are presented in a comfortable, supportive, and
tasteful environment. Private instruction is also available by
appointment.
These classes will be scheduled in five-week sessions and will be advertised on our website and Facebook page to allow for early registration. A minimum of four participants must be registered for the session to run.
Pole Strength (AM) w/Julie
Pole Strength is a strength training class like no other. Get a full
body workout using the pole for resistance. This is especially good
for upper body and your core, which is important to strengthen for anything
else you do! We will also learn fun spins, climbs and holds on the
pole. It's a killer workout, and the best part it's so much fun, you
will become addicted!
Girls Night In (Pole/Chair Fit Fusion Party)

This one-night drop-in class is
designed to be a "Girls Night In" fitness party - learn a fun routine in one
night. Each month Julie will teach a "themed" routine and
participants will learn a quick routine using the pole and chair, and a
few tricks on the pole.
